CTC II, January 25, '09, was a day of worship, celebration & fellowship! Members, visitors
and guests filled the sanctuary for a meaningful time of praise and worship.
The day was an amazing time for our church family to gather for one purpose:
To Praise & Glorify God!
The question that sparked CTC Sunday (at a committee meeting in the fall of 2007) was,
"How great would it be to have everyone associated with First Methodist
in church ALL ON THE SAME SUNDAY!?!" After everyone laughed at the idea,
those present began to seriously think about how wonderful that actually would be.
From that spark, the fire was ignited and we ran with the idea. CTC I was scheduled
for January, 2008, and the rest is history. The event is now an annual part of church
program, and is a healthy challenge to members and friends alike.
Of course, it's not reasonable for any church to expect 100% attendance every week. But,
there certainly is NO harm in setting lofty goals.

A Look Back...Oh, what a day!
2008 CTC Sunday was a blessed day, with 140 in worship.
God was present, and this year will be a journey into the greatness
that He has planned for our ministry.
What an exciting time to be a part of the church!
